TaC Architects is a family business originally established as Trevor A Clay Ltd in 1996. Over the years, TaC Architects has developed its portfolio within Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail and Leisure.
Working to each individual clients needs, TaC Architects provide a full list of architectural services from sketch designs to full projects no matter how big or small. TaC Architects work closely with clients in providing architectural advice, planning applications, 3D images, as well as stage inspections of building works including the issue of Architect’s Certificates for funding and legal purposes.
Our Team
Trevor Clay
Trevor Clay has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects since 1978 offering a wealth of Commercial and Residential experience. Before establishing his own business, Trevor worked in a number of senior positions within leading regional Architectural Practices developing experience in a broad spectrum of building types, sizes and complexity. Trevor excels in offering a professional service irrespective of the nature and size of the project.
Alasdair McFarlane
Alasdair McFarlane joined TaC Architects as Co-Director and has gained great experience working alongside Trevor over the last 15 years. Now Alasdair takes the lead on the majority of projects at TaC Architects ensuring a continuing, efficient and quality based service in an expanding and versatile practice. He really enjoys the design aspect of projects especially being able to exceed people’s expectations of what it possible. Alasdair is at the forefront of offering professional and realistic 3D images to clients.
